Complete our short health history form and share more about your dental journey. This helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, and health practices.
Give us an idea of your current oral health! Using a smartphone, a friend, and good lighting, capture the following images (examples and descriptions provided).
To help us get to know you, please record a video telling us why you want to be a patient at Vios.

Within 10 business days, Dr. Kriegel and the Vios team will carefully review your information and reach out to you about the next steps. We appreciate your understanding that the human body is complex and not everything can be predicted. Once your application is approved, your journey to optimal health really begins! At your first appointment, we’ll take some essential steps like doing a 3D cone beam X-ray, 2D bitewing X-rays, a digital scan, and photos, plus some other health checks. Dr. Kriegel will give you a thorough examination and consultation, and together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan just for you, tailored to meet your specific health goals and needs.

New Patient Appointment

During your appointments, you’ll get ready for treatment, undergo necessary procedures, and recover with the support of our unique therapies.
