The application process includes 3 parts:
Health History Questionnaire
Complete our short health history form and share more about your dental journey. This helps us understand your goals, lifestyle, and health practices.
Dental Imagery
Give us an idea of your current oral health! Using a smartphone, a friend, and good lighting, capture the following images (examples and descriptions provided). We also require your most recent panoramic x-ray.

The Turnaround
Within 10 business days, Dr. Kriegel and the Vios team will carefully review your information and reach out to you about the next steps. We appreciate your understanding that the human body is complex and not everything can be predicted. We thoughtfully choose our patients to make sure your vision and current health journey align with our values and treatment philosophy.
Step 4
New Patient Appointment
Once your application is approved, your journey to optimal health really begins! At your first appointment, we’ll take some essential steps like doing a 3D cone beam X-ray, 2D bitewing X-rays, a digital scan, and photos, plus some other health checks. Dr. Kriegel will give you a thorough examination and consultation, and together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan just for you, tailored to meet your specific health goals and needs.

Optimal Health
Choosing to begin treatment at Vios will be one of the best decisions you make for your health and well-being. During your appointments, you’ll get ready for treatment, undergo necessary procedures, and recover with the support of our unique therapies. Throughout your journey, our dedicated team will be right there with you, ensuring you receive exceptional care and an outstanding experience.
